So, my real life job is in QA in pharma. I am a savvy user, so I keep finding (read: volunteering) myself to help with big enterprise level software rollouts. Something went live last week Monday, though we didn't get full access until Thursday. Today was the first day average users needed to do work. I needed to send said task back for corrections, and the system emailed 180 people about it. Apparently, that function emails "Work Executor." The project manager understandably assumed that meant the person who executed the work. What actually does is emails anyone with a Work Executor role. WHY WOULD YOU DESIGN A SYSTEM THAT WAY?! What company would possibly want their enterprise software to email the most basic user level, after view only and request only? What the shit?

In non-work news, we're getting season 2 of OFMD! I know HBO cynically held the announcement for June 1 so it could get good Pride vibes. I don't care. Give me more gentle loving queerness in my media, please and thank you.
